DMCA Policy

Fall Rugs Food (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

This DMCA Policy applies to all content published on food.fallrugs.com, including articles, images, recipes, and other media.

Copyright Infringement Notification

Counter-Notification

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found).

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and, where appropriate, terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
